1. You can submit your website on Indicateur.com only if its content, or a part of its content, is specifically related to Google

2. Indicateur.com can't accept Websites with:

Illicit contents and notably,
- Incentive with computer hacking or placed at the disposal of pirated software.
- Presence of images (banners, pop-up...) reserved to the adults.

Insufficient Contents
- Site in construction.
- Lack of contents which can interest Indicateur.com's users.
- Not updated site.

Technical problems
- Pages load are too long.
- Site non available (error 404, etc).
- Inactive links.

This list is indicative and nonrestrictive. In addition, the sites integrated in Indicateur can be cancelled anytime if they not respect previous recommendations.

3. Because Indicateur.com has no control over sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Indicateur.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

4. The mention of a trademark or a company name doesn't imply Indicateur.com concerning the real or the supposed quality of products and services.
